I generally like to read something for the holidays, but my husband and I have been reading the Hobbit together this year to prepare to see the new movie that came out this month!
This will be my first time reading on christmas. for christmas I will be reading Dash and Lily's Book of Dares
I read about anything during the holidays, it's what ever grabs my attention at the time.

I don't specifically read Christmas stories during the holidays, though I DO read a Christmas story to my children on Christmas Eve.

I don't really read actual Christmas stories. I honestly don't have seasonal genres that I prefer. I read anything at any time. Right now I am reading Angel Fire by L.A Weatherly and on my KIndle, Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally.
I like to read any book as long as I have Hot Chocolate with me!! :)

I love rereading the Spooksville series by Christopher Pike. I don't know why, but they're a lot of fun and make me feel kidlike for Xmas.

I generally prefer fantasy in the winter.
Every year my company takes a 2 week hiatus from work to get ready for the next year products. So knowing this, I take one day of that two weeks and stay in my jammies, grab a box of kleenex and watch "Gone with the Wind" and the sequel "Scarlett"!
I'm Jewish and there aren't any Chanukah books for me so I stick with my YA genre. :)
I love spending time with my family and decorating the house.
